What are your hours?

You can place your order 24 hours a day. The deliveries happen throughout the day during business hours.

Can I order beer or wine online?

Yes for PICKUP ORDERS ONLY-if your order contains alcoholic beverages, the person who picks up the order must have proper identification proving that they are over the age of 21.

Are all the products in your store healthy?

We sell a wide variety of products including grocery, produce, frozen foods, dairy, fresh meat, HBC, and local products.

About My Order

When is my credit card being charged?

It’s charged in the store, once we process your order and calculate your final total. A pre-authorization is placed on hold in the amount of your estimated final total when completing the checkout process online.

What happens if the item on my order is out of stock?

If requested, we may substitute with other products. You will receive a phone call from the store (optional)

How do I make a change to my order?

You can request changed to your order if it was not processed yet. Contact the store directly here

How do I review my receipt?

You will get the regular store receipt with your order upon pickup or delivery.

How do I return items?

All returns will be accepted with receipt within 7 days of purchase. All sales of seasonal items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on seasonal items.

Should I tip the delivery guy?

That is customer’s choice.
